Our firm has conveyancers and notary public. Iinvolved in projects for Ethekwini Municipality, Department of Human Settlement –KZN and private large scale developers like Lynstock, Stocks & Moore, Zwelitsha Development, Newco and Fixtrade.

BANKING LAW

We are also on the panels for Standard bank, Nedbank and First National Bank. Our notarial work includes ANC’s, notarial bonds, sectional title, Delineation of exclusive use areas.

LITIGATION

This department handles civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. We also do litigation for Scorpion, Legal Aid Board, Legal Line, Standard bank Legal Services

FAMILY LAW

DECEASED ESTATES AND INSOLVENCY
We are on the Masters panel of Liquidators. We do notarial wills and trusts if requested. We handle divorce, maintenance and custody matters.

FORENSIC INVESTIGATION

LABOUR MATTERS
We have a qualified consultant who attends to the forensic investigations. We also attend to CCMA matters and labour court matters.

COMMERCIAL LAW

This is handled by our consultants who has experience in commercial sales agreements, franchises agreements, association agreements, shareholders agreements as well as all corporate law registrations.

CONSUMER LAW

This area of law is handled by our consultants who presents seminars on the Consumer Protection Act as well as conducting employee training on the Act. Salina also provides legal advice and opinion on the Consumer Protection Act.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This area of law is handled by our consultants who performs trade mark searches and reports and registering trademarks. She also can advise on general brand protection.
